This registration will allow you to apply for a scholarship that can be applied as 50% or 100% of your payment for East Madison Little League programs based on need. Each application will be reviewed by the East Madison Little League Executive Committee. After being approved, you will still need to register your player(s) to a season or session.

Scholarships are awarded to the family (not the individual player) in the form of a PROMO CODE that can be used as 50% or 100% of your payment at checkout.
This application is required for any request for financial assistance to cover 50% or 100% of your Little League fees. To ensure that the limited funds of the League are received by the target population we need your response to a couple of questions. East Madison Little League will investigate income levels in a confidential manner.
